Wendy is a very self-directed, creative problem solver when it comes to making systems and designs better. She understands well that the process of making a website and design better is a constant one. I worked with Wendy on a project outside the scope of her normal duties that she handled with enthusiasm and skill. As a result, the largest newspaper in Maine launched its first focused multimedia section, scaling from zero to almost 200 projects in less than one year. I find that Wendy intuitively "gets" what changes are neccessary to make the user experience on a site better and thus can take a good site and make it great.
