She is a creative designer who takes a vision (either her concept or that of someone else) and turns it into a vibrant and professional design. Wendy also understands the project management process. She works well with others and understands the importance of letting others share in the creative process. Plus, Wendy has a very strong understanding of new media in general, including a terrific knowledge of social media marketing.

    A founding member of the 14-year-old MaineToday.com team, Wendy served as the site’s senior designer—until leaving in 2009 to design Web sites on her own. Wendy studied graphic design at the Art Institute of Boston and the University of Massachusetts. In addition to design skills, her toolkit includes GUI design for the web, XHTML and CSS development, meticulous project and time management, and the ability to shepherd a project from scribbles on a napkin to a beautiful and effective work of technology and art.
