The Maine Switch magazine covers

In January of 2009 I redesigned the Switch cover template to begin integrating the MaineToday.com style (both publications were published by the same teams and shared content). We started using the MaineToday.com typeface to promote contents and added the Portland skyline graphic at the bottom of the cover (the skyline is also featured in the MaineToday.com design). In June, anticipating a merger of the two products, I redesigned the switch logo using the MaineToday.com typeface (see lower on this page). I laid out covers for Switch from January until its final issue in August.
